We choose this hotel, because of it's excellent rewiews, it's 4 stars, and wonderful photos. It is located in central part in Llored, and in this district you can find many discos, pubs, bars, and thousands young people from all over the world, but in this hoel, everything is so died. My first problem with it is 10 steps near entrance. it is so hard to reach reception, with big laggage, and to leave hotel too. Best of this hotel is its reception part with high qualified specialists, but they couldn't solve the problem with low quality food. Assortiment is large but It is not tasty,and as I said the cheapest food that you can find, and stuff in restaurant never smile. You will pay so much money, but even their high tecnology doors couldn't give me the answer where is my 150 euros. All what they said 'you have to pay extra 15 euros for locker in your room'. Rooms are clean and tidy, but they are so miserly, that we had only one shampoo for 2 people, which is awful, I had to bought another shampoo from near shop. One more thing, you will not have equipments for beach from hotel, and some problems on the beach, with them who have this equipments. I can write wery long, but I think its enough.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks from the mid. of July.2011. It is very very well located, just 30sec. away from the sea, close to all the bars...clubs...shops...restaurants and 10 min walk away from the bus station.The reception staff all very friendly and nice, they are trying to help and assist customers. Big hello and thank u to all of them from room 603.Room was really clean, the lady who cleaned was so nice and always friendly.Everything was really good, the only area I believe hotel manager should work on is restaurant, there are a lot of complaints on this about it and they are all true. The staff is so so unpleasant, no welcome from the time you enter the restaurant and a time you leave it. They take time to come and ask if customer would like to have something to drink, they don't come and clean tables unless you ask them. Regarding food at the restaurant it is nice and well cooked, people who like to have champaign in the morning they serve it, however the variety of food everyday is the same, it would be nice if chef of the hotel changed his manu e.g make it 7 day manu everyday different and then repeat it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would advice it to other people, just little tip choose room facing the sea, because those rooms have balcony and you can dry your towels from the beach.
