Stayed at this hotel as the one we had originally booked closed that week , having read previous reviews was rather sceptical but on arrival i was pleasantly surprised by the lobby which was clean bright and pleasant , rooms were very clean and maid came every day to clean and make the bed which was huge and the biggest bed i had ever slept in , meals were edible and plentiful , i really cant remember the last time i went half board but there was a varied selection every night so there was something to tempt everyone i,m sure ,this was the last week the hotel was open as it closed on 1st nov which was the day we left but there was entertainment on every night which appeared to be geared up for oap,s as it was all dancing which was the only real let down , staff wre pleasant helpfull and polite , lloret was very clean and i was quite taken aback by the beach which was scraped every night and the whole 1 and a half mile promenade was hosed down , there are some very good walks both sides of lloret , hotel was about a 10 min walk from the promenade but there is actually a shop lined sidestreat which runs from the hotel to the town hall if you manage to find it , far better then the walk down the main road which we did the first 2 days, all in all a very pleasant stay which i would recomend to anyone

I will never return back to this durty place. The rooms are like a cabines, not more than 9 sq.m . The "swimming pool" is something like a plash. The breakfast is until 9.30 after that the "sttaf" became extreamly rough.

This hotel is relatively new and nicely furnished. The room was clean and pleasant, although didn't have tea and coffee making facilities which was slightly unusual. We stayed half board but the meals in the hotel were awful (tasteless, nothing complimenting eachother), plus the food hall was so busy with people pushing and shoving - we only ate there for one night. Breakfast was similar although bearable. The other problem was with bar staff/reception staff who were rude and unhelpful.

The hotel is located near the centre of Lloret, although views aren't exactly pleasant. Lloret in itself is a nice resort, bearing in mind it is a tourist destination and has the general tacky shops.

This hotel would be ideal for room only/bed and breakfast, but definitely not half board.

I have just returned from a week in this hotel along with my 2 children & partner. Expections of it being of 4 Star Spanish standard (2 to 3 star in UK & Ireland) were unfortunately not met.

The Good!
Hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly. We were fortunate to get a family room on the 4th floor

The Bad!
The lift only goes to the 3rd floor - not so good for baby buggies. (rest of the way is by stairs) The standard rooms and balconies are the smallest I haver ever seen (I had a peek!) - exactly 7 feet wide.
Rooms are cheaply fitted out - camp style beds, cheap laminate flooring, small 14" TV, Aircon control did not work, no plastic key cards, musty bathroom ( mouldy shower curtain). The swimming pool and sunbathing area are very small - total width of this area is about 15 feet.

The Ugly!
The restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. In the evenings there was always a queue to get in (arriving early or late didn't matter). Breakfast was a little different - you had to find your own table - many time we used the bar. In fairness the staff worked very hard to clear tables - they doen their best. The food was a pretty limited buffet affair with a continuous scrum to get food. After 2 nights, we abandoned this and eat out every night.

Summary
The hotel was OK but there are many better and cheaper ones available in Lloret. We shall not be returning.
