Had read previous blogs about inadequate breakfasts ,rude staff, cleanliness ,etc and was aprehensive but for the money it was good!
- no complaints and Zina (bar& waitress ) was so lovely to us all (there were 10 of us!) we gave her a big tip!
So my tip is go there- beach is a road away -bedroom clean- food plenty- breakfasts lots to choose from- as was lunch and dinner-fab view from the roof small pool I agree but the sea and beach were so close! - the fitness room was very well equipped if thats your preference (not on holiday for me!!!) with shopping(lots ) 2mins away in lloret a lovely seaside town ave to say if you want super duper everything u have to pay alot more than £90 for 4days!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights from 24th June 27th June. We were a party of 10 away for a hen weekend using the all inclusive package. Before going we had read the reviews left recently and were somewhat concerned about what the place was going to be like. On arrival we found the place to be great. The location is excellent, the hotel itself and the rooms are all nicely done out and very clean. We found the staff amazingly helpful, particularly Fina. On the first day they organised for our party to be seated together and ensured at each meal thereafter there was a table big enough to seat us all together. The food was good, buffet style for each meal with great fruit, salads and fish. Yes the pool is not very big but the beach is across the road and so must of us were at the beach and able to just nip back if we wanted anything and those who wanted to use the pool area found it quiet because most people were at the beach. I know another reviewer mentioned the bells and yes you can hear them but they are not a nuisance and certainly did not disturb our sleep. Yes the rooms all face brick walls (unless you pay extra for a sea view) but who goes to a place like that to spend much time in the rooms. The rooms themselves were nicely decorated, clean with nice bedlinen and the bathrooms were quite large. The bar hours for the all inclusive package were a bit odd, 10-12, 4.30-6.30 and 10-11 but you could also have free drinks with your meals which in effect extended the free bar 1-3 and 7.30-9.30. The other thing was the drinks were limited to national brands but we were all able to find something that we could drink and a good time was had by all. I would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone it really was value for money.

in light of recent events at this particular hotel, you would think that the staff would be doing everythin possible in order for them to boost tourism.
the all inclusive drinks consisted of 3 hours scattered throughout the day, the rooftop pool is the size of a garden pond, and the staff are of the most ignorent i have ever came across in any country.
the food in this hotel and i use the term loosly was disgusting, however the hotel was capable of making nice food as demonstrated by the paying customers using their restaurant.
i urge anyone reading this review to consider a better hotel, this one has zero atmosphere and quite an eerie feel to it.
my group was lucky we only had to spend 3 nights here and we made the most of it, i shudder to think what we would have done if we were there for a fortnight.
BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

I have just returned from this hotel after going for 3 days with 11 friends, it was supposed to be all inclusive but you only got a couple of hours in the morning and 1 hour at night and even then you couldn't find anyone to serve you, we ate in the restaurant once then had to eat out it is the worst food you have ever tasted. You cant sit in the bar as there are only 4 seats and in the 3 days we were there not one member of staff even smiled, everyone's room looked onto a wall and you could only get about 2 people into the swimming pool at once. "DONT GO"
