the best part is the location! it is in front of the beach!!! really in front!!
the room was very simple, not like a 4 star hotel, it looked like a 2 star but i repeat the beach in front is the reason i chose the hotel

I expected a lot better when I booked this hotel. It's a two star hotel at best.

I was interested in proximity to the ocean, near restaurants, and away from the clubs, but still walking distance to the nightlife. This hotel was fine in this aspect.

However, while the room was clean, the rooms and hallways appear run down. When I was there, the AC was broken, and we had to sleep with an open window as the room was a sauna otherwise. The noise from the partiers was nonstop through the night.

The hallways in the morning was that of bleach and vomit. Not a pleasant experience.

I recommend a higher priced hotel.

Recently we have spent 2 weeks in Miramar hotel. We travel a lot and always book good hotels. We have paid for a 3star hotel, officially sold as 4stars. We have had an absolute shock from what we have got. Rooms ( unless you pay extra)have no balcony, view is to ceiling of neighbouring building, churchbells beside hotel ringing each half an hour 24 hours a day, reconstruction going on in neighbouring building, 1 old PC for entire hotel, and food - absolute desaster - no fruits, no sea food, no cakes, no soups - in other worlds no buffet, and last but not least - food has no taste. This was our worst holiday in our life only because of this hotel. Definetelly not suitable for older cupples or families due to constant noise. But one thing was nice - staff. But for satisfactory service is unfortunatelly not enough.

Hi hubby and myself were at thr Miramar Hotel from, 16th-23rdMay, this year, won it in a competion, B&B, only, which we were thankful for, as the breakfust was the worst we have evere encountered, in our travels, just back from Jamacia this March. Anyway our room was on the 6th floor, Seaview Room was fantastic, great view of the sea and beach, but be warned, most of the rooms face into a brick wall, of the Hotel next door. Swimming pool is a joke, being a swimmer was looking forward to using it,Dirty, Small, Cold, was a disgrace. All in all would we return, a Big No, even if I did win another week to this Hotel.
