A family with two four year olds. They put 4 beds in a room that should only have 2. Loud music until very late, then when music is finished you have to put up with constant noise from other drunken eastern european guests who are up all night partying. You get no sleep. Stayed all inclusive they want an extra 10 euros per wristband on arrival. The food is ok but no choice for children, ok if your kids will eat chips every night. Once you have blue wristband reception staff avoid you like the plague. Other staff ok . Rooms cleaned daily. Very few english people stay at this hotel, there is nothing for kids to do, ballrooom dancing all day and all night hotel surrounded by nightclubs give it a miss.

after reading these reviews I was dreading it! but i think the reviews are all just a joke, im 21 male from uk and went with friend 25, hotel was fine, maid came in everyday! obviously the hotel looked after the Spanish resients but in season all th engish sit outside and i gurantee u will meet loads of other people, we did! the location is perfect, burger king mac donalds english bars ithrowing distace, u can actually see the two main clubs revolution and tropics, revolution closes on the 6th of september, the beach is a 10minue strole, all inclusive 10 - 10 sumtimes u can get two drinks sometimes u cant so get a drink every 10-15mins for the last hour or 2 everyone had tables full of drinks, you get a very good amount of spirits in ur cups. get steak and fish for tea, very basic food but good enough all round for value, ice creams when u want one, want to know anymore then im on facebook message me James 'nicole' Ashton ...im even thinking of goin for summer to work, I had that much of a good holiday! ignore the reviews they're full of..... yeah exactly!

Like a new hotel very big four swimming pools thats the good stuff food catered for spanish and germans we ate out nearly all inclusive bar open until 21.55 one drink one person so if you have a partner who has trouble walking you have to go to bar twice staff were rude and unhelpful,do not go there every english person was moaning save your money go somewhere else.

Were do i begin with this hellhole-turned up at the hotel to an unwelcome and rude receptionist she didnt even want to know, none of them did!!!!!
The room was awful as i had small children i was very frightened for there safety it was awful on the balcony, the beds were proper old my 3 year old fell through it and guess what nobody wanted to know theres a suprise!! Had to pay for remote for tv it was all spanish channels so took it back straight away.
Were do i begin with the food o dear i dont even want to mention it i was so upset my kids had to go without because it was all covered in grease and fat and it was all soppy gunk not a sight of any english food anywhere, o sorry CHIPS!!!
Had to eat out majority of this time.
The pool is a disgrace and nothing for the kids the whole place is a mess.
There wasnt much noise so couldnt complain about that but i did wish there was some decent nice people who spoke english but there wasnt!!!
They had some nice bars around the hotel it was a nice area but very lively.
Beach wasnt up to much but nothing ever is.
Glad to be home a well waste of money wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!!!
