Arrived after a 2 hour rush hour drive from barcellona, 1 hour off peak, to be dropped off at the foot of a mountain, well steep hill, sure driver could have got closer, staff very friendly, rooms very basic, but had a huge terrace on the 6th floor, loved it, the pool area is very nice, clean , plenty beds, entertainement none existent, but as our kids are grown now not a problem,didnt take them , deffinatly go all inclusive, the food was amazing, i tried everything, the cheffs really pushed the boat out with choice, at least 5 mains , 5 puddings,wine all free. I am quite fussy with food, I have never eaten in all inclusuve before, even though i have been to many and paid for many,in majorca, turkey, lanzarotte, this was a- la -carte in comparison.Its worth it just for the drinks, local , but did the job .About a 15 minit walk from beach, not 15 meters like brochure. plenty souveneir shops, supermarket on doorstep. lloret beach 20 mins walk ... Nice place for a week,

Stayed 5 nights in a studio with my wfie and baby daughter. The room was good with a big flat screen TV, 2 hob cooker and some utensils, although I wouldn't say 4 star (2 beds pushed together to make a double and very simple bedding and flat pillow). As we came in October, the hotel was very quiet so we didnt hear a sound from any other rooms. I'm sure the outdoor pools would be great if it were boiling outside, but were a bit too cold for us!
One thing to note, the checkin is after 4pm and checkout at 10am which was a bit annoying as our flight was at 11pm. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the stay, but had higher expectations as it was ranked 4th in Lloret De Mar on tripadvisor

Just returned back from a weeks holiday here at the Costa Encantada, we are a family of 2 adults with a teenager and a 2 year old.

This hotel is superb, it has everything you need whilst on holiday, it is clean and the pool area is beautiful. We stayed on an all inclusive option and can honestly say (even with a partner who is a fussy eater) we all found something good, tasty and fresh to eat every day. My youngest has never eaten so much whilst being away from home she loved and ate everything. The snacks available were also very nice and cooked fresh throughout the day. we had chicken kebabs which were really nice, hotdogs, burgers, potatoe wedges and there was also plenty of salad to choose from. There are also lots of soft and alcholic drinks available and
as they say "something for everyone".

Our room, even though we were all inclusive had a seperate kitchen (which was a fantastic thing to have with a young one as we were able to put her milk in the fridge etc), seperate living area where the two sofas converted into the two large comfy beds for our children - one which was low down was ideal for our little one. Our bedroom which was also of good size had double wardrobes and had large patio style doors opening onto the balcony which was lovely first thing in the morning as we didnt have disturb the children.

The entertainment could of been a little better as not much variety, saying that you are not too far away from the centre so you could easily venture out if you wished.

All in all this hotel was excellent for our family and we enjoyed our stay here.

If we could move this hotel to all our future holidays we would take it with us as it was simply a lovely hotel with a lovely atmosphere with very friendly and efficient staff.

having just spent a week as a party of 12,all mixed ages.We found the staff amenable,the food excellent,the rooms well kept, and the pool area immaculate.Yes the beach is a good 15 minute walk but well worth it.The entertainment is limited,but having spoke to other residents,all inclusive is definately the way to go.There are three beaches all within sensible walking distance but beware of sa boadella beach, it is a nudist beach for 55+ germans.All in all a nice location giving you the choice of a quiet family holiday, or vibrant nightlife if required.
