Don't be fooled, these apartments are the most basic they can get. The overall maintenance and design of the building, it's interior and the rooms are so outdated, it's not even funny.
The TV hardly worked, but the room was spacious, and the hotel could use a remodeling.
Be careful with security, since we go in and out of the hotel without anyone even blinking. We brought guests to our room and no one even notived, and even went to the other hotel across the street, which is from the same owner, but has a better pool and facilities, and NO ONE STOPPED US or other people who aren't guests of the hotel!
It's a major security flaw!
The staff that greeted us didn't even make an effort to try and talk our language, they just spoke spanish!
It's not good, nor bad. It's... OK'ish!

having booked the condado from 28th sept to 3rd oct my friend arrived on the monday but got us a change of room .i arrived on the tuesday of which when arriving the receptionist told me which room he was in .on entering the room i found it basic but suitable for we had only paid £7 a night on expedia.the supermarket below is really cheap for beer and shopping and would recomend this for anyone wanting a cheap getaway.the 2 and 3 bed appartments are much bigger for larger groups.internet is available downstairs and the walls are solid ot thin like in hotels.i only stayed one night as i had booked a local htop hotel 4 star to stay in all inclusive but for a cheap getaway would certainly go back.mon to sat for under £40 was great value. lads or lasses wanting a cheap base to go clubbing ect this is a place you will want

Just returned from hell, AKA condado apartments. The outside of the building looks tired and the whole place needs a damn good clean. The public areas are dingy and are filled with the hand me downs from the sister hotel accross the road. In the apartment the lounge/dining area was basic and the furniture rickety and uncomfortable. The bedroom was barely big enough for the beds and contained only a built in wardrobe and beds, and the bathroom had a bath and shower which only just functioned. The kitchen had only a hob/oven sink and a kettle, just don't use the hob with any other electrical appliance as the trip switches off all your power. Not that big a problem as the musty smell puts you off spending any real time in there. All of the crockery and cutlery was dirty and needed to be cleaned before it was used. The place itself filled up through the week with more and more young all male groups from UK, France and Russia who were raucus and noisy through to dawn meaning sleep was impossible. The noise situation was compounded because of its main road location meaning that traffic was a constant drone only interupted by the sirens of the ambulances and the spaniards love of their car horns. Bottom Line ....If your looking for a quite break in the sun, you won't find it here.
