we stayed for a week in October. The room was nice and kept clean, nice bathroom too. The only complaint was the size of the tv, it was just an old portable, but it did the job for Eastenders and bbc news. I asked for a high room but should have gone for a lower floor as the balcony railings are not that high and when you have a child its pretty scary to think what might happen. On to the food. There was plenty of choice every night although chips every night got a bit too much, could do with more potato choices. The deserts were very nice and we ate cake every night which we dont do at home. The dining room got very busy and was a bit too much too bear at times, with people trying to get at the food, however it was kept topped up at all times. The waiting staff did a good job, very fast to clear the plates etc.
The entertainment was ok, flamenco one night, magic show, man on keyboard and a singer.
There are 2 swimming pools, we only used the inside one as the outdoor one was freezing.
The spa area and indoor pool are very good. We found all the staff to be very friendly even though they didnt speak much English they did their best to talk to us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would be happy to stay again.
Room Tip: pool view rooms are nicer, the others look out onto the neighbourhood.

About your comment of the small TVs, we want to announce that all the TVs in Hotel Aquarium will be renewed for the next season (2012).
