“You get what you pay for”

This Park IV is, as the Roman numeral suggests 1 of 4 parks on Guitart Park. Depending upon whether you are fully inclusive or self catering probably depends upon which of the 4 parks your accommodation will be. If you want something basic, then Park IV will be for you. The apartment I stayed in was clean but very, very basic. But, be warned. If you do stay as a self-catering guest there is absolutely no maid service. You have to collect your own clean towels, toilet rolls etc from the reception. And if you have a very young family, do not be surprised if a group of rowdy young men are in the apartment next to you (which happened to me for the last 2 nights of my stay). There is no doubt that the more services you include in your booking the better 'Park' you end up in. As for the fitness and spa, these are extras and have to be paid for by all guests. And if you hire a car, you have to pay 14 EUROS per day!!! And if you want to make a cup of tea or coffee, there isn't even a kettle. There is a safe within the department but again there is a fee to be paid for the lock!! Thankfully, the hotel isn't too far from the beaches or town centre but if you want to visit Barcelona you have to get a bus from the town centre to the railway station at Blanes. All-in-all it wasn't a bad place to be in but it certainly wasn't what it said in the brochure.

“Very good Value for the money”

For us ist was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were very well
for that price. It was quiet and a lot of space. Cleaning was every
day with beds and new towels. For that price very comfortable.

The food was good, a lot of choice. I mean for 3 star I would recommend it Even my son found every day something to eat, he was satisfied. For my opinion it could be better, but then you have to book a more expansiver place. So really no complaint,
o.k. sometimes we also had to wait, but only 10 minutes.

The staff was O.K., nothing wich happens somewhere else also,
nobody is perfect.

The hotel garden is very nice, with plants, lot of sun,nice pools,
nothing to complain. The fenals beach is only 10 minutes walking, also for city. Very good location.

So for me, i was afraid to go there because of the bad feedback,
I was suprised how good it was for the money. So go there and enjoy, if you want to have luxury go somewhere else and pay more. I would go there without hesitation again.

And if you think Lloret is only for party, have a look at the nice
beaches surrounding the main beach, even in walking distance,
if you want to go further take a bike or bus.

“nasty staff”

The hotel was fine and well set out and in the thick of the action but the all inc package leaves a lot to the imagination, long waits to gain access to your assigned resturant (up to an hour) when others are only half full. drinks are served in SMALL plastic cups 1 per person per visit and dont expect another untill every last drop is gone, you need to visit the bar three times for about a pint a with the long wait you need to Q again once you have got a drink so you can have another when its gone, also water is not included how bad is that! food was ok when you could get it. this hotel does not suit everyone as there are a lot of stag/hen partys in the hotel. in a nut shell ok 4 what i paid but good service is not standard, i will try another hotel next time.
