Right I'll start with what other people have said before. Yes the decor is quite dated, occasionally in need of work/repair (e.g. cracked glass on balcony seperator) - adequate is the word I'm looking for! The walls are somewhat thin and you can hear what's going on around you quite plainly. Stayed in a 3 bedded 'twin room' and facilities like showers worked fine, but were clearly showing age and maybe the hotel could do with an update.
It had a fairly mixed population between younger groups and couples which was quite nice. Being British we were in the vast minority, with the majority of patrons seemingly French or Russian, but most of the staff could get by in English and we didn't have trouble communicating.
The food was nice, sometimes a little repetetive (leek soup for a couple of days in a row, but it was lovely!) and I do wish they'd label everything as sometimes there was some kind of guesswork involved, but there was always plenty to eat.
The pool and terrace area was very nice, the sun would move round the building by about 3, but terracing was available that went around to follow. The general location was excellent, a few minutes from the beach, shops and bars nearby and about a 10 minute walk to the main bar/club area.
Most of the staff were very helpful, particularly after a disaster caused by our booking agents on the last morning.
The bar area was very nice, but did lack entertainment. a 'disco' was advertised each night, but was just some music played a little louder than normal! Bar prices were not an issue for me really as was all-inclusive, but allot of stuff wanted a suppliment even for AI customers, which was slighly disapointing, but can see the reasoning
Overall, we didn't pay crazy money for all-inclusive and the hotel and indeed area were well worth it. Would return happily!
