The place was awful. Food was pretty bad, staff were largely ignorant, and the place itself looked like something from the worst parts of Soviet Russia. Outdated, rooms were rather ugly. Pool was freezing. God knows what was inside the blanket. We hired a safe and a television remote, Nothing wrong with the safe but we had to switch the remote, when I tried to one guy told me to go upstairs, when I went up it was an unmanned area, staff just could not be ars**. You can't even get any sleep, idiots patrol the corridors regularly.

Wouldn't reccommend it at all, unless you're going to spend no time at all in the hotel. It's a depressing place. In the end, I just ended up walking down the corridor singing " I wanna go home, Lloret's a sh**hole". Lloret itself seems okay, but that wasn't the point of the song.

We stayed here in October 2010 and only paid £200 each. The hotel was very dated, but the room was large enough so we were happy . The food was varied. and on the whole fairly good, drinks were watered down but drinkable. The medieval night was amazing, and the weather was good. The worse thing was the noise in the corridoors, For what we paid we thought it was ok, but wouldn't consider returning.

Rooms were terrible, toilet was blocked, had to get a plumber. cleaners stole from room, stole money and iPod - hotel did nothing to help. Would not recommend unless your going on a drunken lads holiday.

please dont go here.we are not fussy but cant believe travel agents ars still selling this holiday!!! staff were useless against the gangs of drunk teens rampaging the corridors at night.food terrible. balcony and pool unusable due to missililes being thrown.only thing to do with this place is raze it to the ground!! and where are the management responses?? nowhere to be found on this site!! i repeat.do not go!!!!
