We had a big family room and the room was clean. Staff was friendly.
There was sometimes a sort of a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom - but not something serious.
Breakfast was almost only cakes - and sometimes you had to wait for clean plates. But it was served in a nice room at the top of the hotel.
The reception was very small - and you had to use a key to enter the Hotel.
Compared to price we can definitely recommend the hotel.

We have stayed here before in a double room and enjoyed our stay but it was fully booked apart from this apartmen. The apartment included 2 bedroom and kitchen. Travelling were 2 couples, me and hubby and his parents so we thought OK a bedroom each so it wont be so bad. Its only for 4 days 3 nights. There was in fact only1 seperate bedroom with a cupboard in it, so we gave that to the parents and our bedroom was a fold down sofa bed in the lounge. No cupboards, drawers or anything. The bed was not the most comfortable and it was not good having all the clothes and toiletries piled on top of the case or on the floor for the 4 days. The kitchen had nothing in it and if you wanted to use the kitchen you had request the cups etc and then pay extra for cleaning. We felt that was a rip off as we should have been able to use cups and a kettle etc without a cleaning fee as we had paid for the whole apartment.
So overall. The room was overpriced for what we got. The ad read like it was 2 bedrooms so beware, as its not. The owner smokes so the lobby especially and wherever else she is( ie breakfast room on the terrace) smells strongly of smoke. Would I stay here again.. no.. not if I could find somewhere else as I dislike the smell of smoke everywhere. Would I recommend it ..if you didnt mind smoke and took a double room ..yes as we liked the location and it was easy to get from A to B. This time we also had a car and parking wasnt a big problem either. It did have access to Wifi but it was only on the rooftop and even then it was hit and miss.

Located a bit of a walk from train and bus station, taxi cost us 8 euros. Located down a quiet alley, but very close to main streets shops and restaurants.

Room was really big, with kithen, although can't use and no cutlery if staying on b&b basis. Breakfast on rooftop, only until 10am, decent but not the best. Bed was quite soft, and very quiet at night and in the morning. Decent b&b.

Well, not a four start by far but comfortable, clean, hospitable, in center of town...I don't think you can ask more in a small port town. I left comfortable in every way there, even though our room faces a wall...lol. I do think the prices there, as well as through out the rest of Trapani are way too high. However, based on the limited choices, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
