We spent five days at the hotel and had a fairly good time. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are rather nice,staff is friendly. Breakfast is OK, although they make you wait for your fried eggs for over 25 minutes. Our spa treatment appointments were changed without prior notice, and without consulting or informing us about the new schedule.
As a sort of extra,they set up a small cake buffet in the afternoon; you can fetch some cake but for coffee or tea to go with it, you have to pay. Not really a sign of hospitality...how expensive can a simple cup of coffee or tea be?
Diner was really nice; they work with a sort of fixed menu, but are willing to make slight changes to it, to accomodate it more to your taste.
On their website, they offer a free ride in a Phaeton, just to try out the car, but this car proved to be non exsisting. They also mention an inside pool, which is out of order...
On the whole, it can become a really nice hotel, but for now the "S" in four star superior (****S) is definitely missing

I was really amazed by this hotel - especially by the attitude of all staff members, very very friendly, great treatments at the Spa, relaxing in the wide spread park or near the river and outstanding food. Only stayed two nights - wish I had a week. Congratulations to the owners who run this hotel perfectly!

We booked a weekend Romantik Package for my Wife´s 40th birthday. After a 3 hour car drive from Belgium we arrived at Bollants im Park. Check-inn was quick and our program was explained briefly. After that we were offered a coffee in the Villa Bar..
We had a massage session aftterwards, wich was very relaxing, followed by a nice dinner in the Villa. We stayed next day the whole day in the Spa area after a delicicious breakfast buffet. The several sauna´s , relaxing rooms and sundeck Terrace gives a very relaxing almost ´healing ´feeling.
Don´t forget to try out the Michelin star awarded restaurant. The fixed 3 couses Menu inclusive in the Package were in fact almost 8 exquisite courses !.
This all isn ´t cheap, but if you are count the ´healing´ process with it, it´s worth to come to Bolllants im Park .

This was our fourth return to Bollants and for sure not the last one. Since our first visit there have been a lot of changes and it looks like there are more to come. Currently there is a construction site for a new outdoor pool that will be opened in summer. Since we usually take our Bollants break in winter we may not get a chance to use this pool - but that does not matter. There is so much to do and so many ways to relax! The food is excellent, as is the service. The service in the Spa has improved 100% from our previous visits. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to coming back.
