The young guy working the late shift was very helpful with dealing with me and my wife illness. We had several issues thru out the night and every time we called down he handled our situation in less than 5 minutes. The security officer was helpful as well. Jeremy made this one of my best stays at this hotel. I will only stay here when in this area. This is what excellent customer service is suppose to look like.

We often break our trips south on 95 with a stay in NC. Some of our previous accomodations have not warranted a return trip :( However, we stayed at this Courtyard and the adjacent Residence Inn on our last two trips. As a previous reviewer said, it's about 10 min off 95, but worth the drive. It's a beautiful, clean property with very comfy beds and an LCD TV. We got in too late to use the indoor pool, but it looked great. They don't offer the free breakfast buffet, but it's a great value with more and better food options. My husband and I stayed in a king room, and our sons were accross the hall in a double. Very convenient. I will continue to stay here on future trips.

Even though this hotel is about 10 minutes from Rte. 95 it is a great place to stay. It has an indoor pool but what I enjoyed the most was the great bedding with a sitting area. A very restful night's sleep when you are traveling or visiting.

The service of the personnel was of a five-star hotel, in particular Chad Dixon. They went out of their way to accommodate us.
The room itself was outstanding with plenty of space to move about. The mattress was the best I've ever slept on outside of my own home. Thank you!
