“Very good hotel”

Stayed on business again. It was better than last trip. I had requested a specific room but failed to receive my request. However, the room I got was better. Kind of funny. Noticed the hot water in the sink looked rusty. I did not smell any musty smell in the hall this time. The price was 20 more than last time. If rates continue to climb I will chose a different hotel. I hope this does not happen as I plan on spending at least 20 days a year in this town.

We have been replacing wall vinyl in our guestrooms over the past three months; it is being replaced with a textured wall finish so our rooms stay fresh. We are in the process of improving ventilation in the entire hotel so there will be no more musty smells!!! We certainly value our frequent customers and our special rates are structured to reflect this. Sincerely, Lisa Castagna, General Manager

“Great Stay”

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and other amenities were clean and in great condition. The location of this hotel is great because it very close to the mall, restaurants an dof course downtown Raleigh.

“AWESOME STAFF!!”

My daughter was married in January and we chose this hotel for the guests because of its location and had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also used their banquet and catering services for the rehearsal dinner. What a treat!

Some of our guests were away for almost a week and we truly felt at home. Great job Holiday Inn Crabtree!

“Really nice staff”

The staff was really nice and accomodating. We enjoyed walking on the Capital Greenway to Crabtree Mall. We would definitely stay there again.

The most beautiful walking trails are near our hotel. One may even take the trail to the mall where you will find dozens of great restaurants. We appreciate our wonderful hotel team and I am glad you had an enjoyable stay. Sincerely, Lisa Castagna, General Manager

My experience at this hotel was very pleasing, the staff was friendly, and accommodating also very convenient to Rex Hospital. I would recommend this hotel to
anyone coming to this area.

The location of thiis hotel has many restaurants to choose from
