Hotel is in good shape. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issues (NOT complaints because I didn't complain to hotel) we turned heat down, and never was able to get room warm again. The other issue was bed pillows were small, like sofa pillows...couldn't figure that'one out. Only stayed one night so never said anything. Would stay here again just because of the convenience.

The manager helped us in with our bags. Very impressive. He was really helpful after our long trip. My first stay in Raleigh to see Lady Gaga which was across the street.

The hotel could not have been cleaner. The beds were fresh and I had a good night's sleep after the show. The extra room and kitchenette and living area was perfect. I can't wait until Gaga comes back and I'll stay there for sure!

Thanks to all the staff. But the breakfast was good and all, but those eggs were NASTY. That's my only complaint.

We stayed at this Comfort Suites in order to attend a concert at the RBC center. From our first interaction with the staff, it was an excellent experience. Check in was quick and easy and the manager, Wayne was very engaging and friendly. The rest of the staff was equally friendly and helpful.
Our room was perfect, but we decided we wanted a cot. I returned to the desk to find that there were no cots left... but Wayne, the manager asked me to wait a moment for him to check a different room and a few moments later he returned to tell me it would be delivered momentarily.
We got the cot, we had a great night out, a great nights sleep and Wayne was there in the AM to ensure everything had gone well for us.

I highly recommend this property, especially if you are attending an event at the RBC center. It is an easy walk to the event. The Backyard Bistro is good for a quick bite as well.

I stayed here while touring North Carolina State. When I checked in I wa given a room on the 1st floor. When I layed in the bed I noticed it was wet along with my son's bed. I called the front desk toreport the wet beds. The gentleman could not understand why the beds were wetand seemedto doubt what I was saying. HE stated that he was atthe desk by himself and could not leave the desk. HE also stated that there ws no one from hosuekeeping who could assist me. He offered to change my room. I was given a room on the 2nd floor by the noisy steps.

I felt like the rooms were not clean enough. My second room carpet ws dirty along with the bathroom. For the amount they charge, the room should have been cleaner. As for the wet linen, I beleive that housekeeping took them out of the dryer before they were dry. I truly feel I should be given half of my money back because of what I condsidered poor service.
