Typical Hampton. Stayed becasue lower rate. Not real close to the airport or CH but not a problem

We stayed here on the reviews of Trip Advisor,we were not dissapointed.The hotel was exactly as described,very clean,excellent customer service,breakfast good,very conveniant to RBC Center(3 miles) to see Bruins vs Canes.We stayed in the double bed junior suite,best $110 room i have had,4 people comfortably.For us we could have not made a better choice.Did I say very,very clean?

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh/Cary RBC Center in January 2012 for a business trip. The hotel is pretty basic and is a great value for the money. Wireless internet access was free, which is hard to find these days. My room (2 double beds) also had a small refrigerator and microwave, which was great. The television also had regular cable, which was such a bonus. In addition to 2 HBO channels, I got Bravo, HGTV, Food Network, and other channels you don't normally get in a hotel. The hotel also has on-site laundry facilities for guests.

Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Again, basic, but it was more than continental. There were some type of cooked eggs each morning, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, toast, cereals, yogurt, and fruit.

The staff were nice, my room was always clean, parking was easy. I had to check out one night early and was not charged for the last night that I did not stay.

The only downside - no restaurant on-site/no room service. You have to drive to nearby restaurants or pick something up at the local grocery store for a meal.

All in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful experience we had working with the Sales Director-Jason Flink, and the entire staff of this hotel for our son's wedding. The attention to detail and going the "one-step-beyond" in meeting all our needs was a true blessing! The customer service was excellent- a rare gem to find in this day! Jason took care of all details and we had no worries or stress concerning the stay of all the out-of-town family and friends that came to celebrate wit us! Everyone was very pleased with the lovely and spacious rooms. The lobby was a terrific place for everyone to congregate and visit...and that we all did after the wedding!!! :-) It felt very much like a home-away-from home. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel, their front desk staff, and Jason Flink- the Sales Director.
