This hotel was not has nice as it was on our previous stays. We were given one bar of soap that we had to pass back from the sink to the shower. On previous stays, there were two bars of soap.
Our first two mornings we could not get in the breakfast room because all the tables were full. There was a sign stating do not take food to your room so we had to go out for breakfast. Our last day we got to breakfast before it started at 6:30 so we could get a seat. At 6:30 there were no lights on in the breakfast area, no juice in the juice dispenser and no yogurt in the refrigerator. At 6:45 the attendant finally put juice in the machine after several people commented; however, still no yogurt.
We were in room 103 and Saturday night at 10:15 p.m., there was loud music coming from a party in a room off the lobby. We called the front desk and asked could the music be turned down because we couldn't watch television in the living room because the music was so loud. We were told the party would be over in about 45 minutes. Then we tried to go to bed but couldn't because the noise and loud music were horrible.
Sunday afternoon there was something going on in the same room and the music was also loud but we didn't say anything because it was afternoon and not bed time.
The people above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling into our room. They ran up and down the floor half the night, the hotel was extremely noisy.
We had a hard time finding a parking place because there were several tractor trailers taking up multiple parking places.
