First (and probably last) time I will stay at a SpringHill Suites hotel. It is just not quite as nice as the sister Residence Inn. Instantly noticed a strange smell in hotel, possibly smoking rooms. My room was decent, but did not have a TV remote or shampoo. Fitness room is not as pictured. There are two treadmills and one very loud, older stationary bike. The water cooler was empty as well. Free breakfast was nice. Usual spread. Staff was friendly.
A colleague and I chose to stay here rather than in Fayetteville for a business trip to Ft Bragg. It's a beautiful setting and a world away from the general yuck of Ft Bragg. The hotel is clean, rooms are large and there are great options for running trails nearby. It's a longer drive but well worth it if you want to be in a nicer environment.
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Spring Hill Suites recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so accomodating ,beginning with the General Manager ,who was the one who actually made my reservation and obviously wears many hats and wears them well, including the entire team of employees. I will definitely be back to this hotel.
Men's golf trip 2011. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. Make sure you make a waffle.
Staff was OK.
After seeing a couple other hotel options nearby, I know we definitely made the right decision staying here. It was only $2 more a night. We had a couch, chair, fridge and micro.
Putting green out front was covered with pine needles, but that didnt stop us.
Definitely will stay here again.
