An older "70's" type motel (which I love) that is the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Loved everything about it - can't wait to go back !!

I have been staying at Bluff Shoals for over 10 years, and I never tire of it. I like going during the off season best. I like grilling out and relaxing by the scenic Silver Lake shore. I like the convienence of the grocery store next door. The parking is great. The rates for rooms are good. I also enjoy sitting on the front porch watching the local activities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 nights the staff was friendly. What a great small little gem. I think they have like 7 rooms total we parked right in front of our room and only used the car to drive to the beach and back. Everything was clean and in good working order. We have already booked our next trip for this year and can't wait to go back...

We were first off the ferry and the owner offered us the newly remodeled apartment at the back for a great rate. 2 bdrms, 1 bath (clean enough to eat off), full kitchen, living room and screened in porch. Very clean, he even washes the bedspreads. Free bikes and a dock on Silver Lake with adirondack chairs. We're going back end of this month for another stay. Couldn't beat the location with a stick.
