We just arrived here, so there isn't too much that I can have an opinion on. But, the service so far has been amazing. Our room is very clean and organized. And, I think so far the one thing that I can honestly comment on is the view from our room. As soon as you look out the window you see water and boats galore. I am really looking forward to staying here for the next couple of nights.

Just back from a girl's w/end at the beach. We were very pleased with our choice of motels. From the time we checked in til the time we left everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And the location and setting is awesome. We ate at the restaurant each night and food was fantastic. If you're looking for upscale you might be disappointed, but if you're looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay....this is it. I will recommend this motel to all of my friends. Hope to be back soon.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at Blue Water Point. The location of this hotel is great if you want a quite stay on the beach. It's the only hotel and restraunt on this side of the island. The hotel is located one block from the beach but you are on the marina so you still have a water view. And if you are on the top floor you can see the ocean as well. Blue Water Point is great for anyone looking to get away from overly crowded beaches! Blue Water Point has a pool and offers fishing on the marina for guests as well. They will also be happy to help you set up a fighing charter too! The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is an older hotel but its well maintained. The only compaints that I could have were that they need a new washer beacuse theirs caused a few rust spots on the linnens and that the beds are a little to firm for my taste. But if a few minor things like that keep you from trying this spot then thats your loss. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This place was wonderful for a nice weekend stay. The view of the waterways were amazing and we had Just enough to be comfortable for our stay with 3 small kids. The staff is very friendly and we loved the pool. It wasn't crowded at all!
The beach is a lot closer than it looks in pictures. Took us about 3-5 minutes walk from Motel to the ocean with all 3 kids walking too.
The only thing we had issue with was that the room was a bit aged and could really be updated. And the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Also we had no bath tub only a shower.
