We stayed at this hotel because it was the only one with a vacancy. Now I know why they had vacancies. First, the front desk attendant seemed to be in training and was unpleasant. It took an inordinate amount of time for her to get my credit card information into the computer and to give me my keys. The "suite" was one smallish room and looked pretty clean but the hairdryer in the bathroom was not stored properly - just thrown on the counter. The towels were terrible - rough, scratchy and the bathtub/shower as small, without the curved extended curtain rod that even less expensive hotels have. It was also dark in the shower. The room did not have a regular mirror, only two dark, smokey mirrors that served as headboards. The tv was small, placed on a high cabinet and not movable. And the room was noisy - each toilet flush from upstairs and next door rooms made noise like a rushing river. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was barely enough coffee - just some juice, bagels, and something that may or may not have been pastry. The front desk attendant as too busy checking her Facebook page to do more than wipe the 2 tables in the lobby. One more thing - I could not find my AAA card at check-in but found it later. I asked the clerk if it was possible to get the AAA discount retroactively and was answered with just one work - No. This stay was not worth the $125.00 price.
