I used to stay here about once every six weeks for work. I never has a bad stay and the manager even made a point to remember my name! Pretty impressive considering I was only there every month and a half.
Everything was always clean and during the week, they would do a social with beer and some apps.
I would stay there again in a heartbeat without price shopping.

My wife and I have stayed here numerous times on their trips to and from Fort Lauderdale. So do our adult children when they drive down to Fort Lauderdale to visit us. On our most recent trip down, we made a mistake with their reservation and now the property will not refund our money back!!!

My wife and I showed up at the hotel on October 25, but found out at that time we had reserved for October 26 in error. The hotel could not offer them a room on October 25 because it was sold out, so we went to another property. The front desk helped us find another property for the evening and advised us that we should receive a refund.

The reservation was booked with hotels.com, who have been trying to assist, but are getting the run around when they contact the hotel.

Looking for a convenient hotel near but outside of Charlotte, we could not have made a better choice. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit much too short. Friendly staff from check in onto the check out. Hotel and our room were clean, comfortable, with a well run and well supplied breakfast area. We also found a major shopping area right across from the hotel, within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

After a long day of driving this was such an easy and clean hotel. Check in was quick and friendly. We were able to walk to a few restaurants instead of having to get back into a car :).
Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was well layout so everyone was not in the same area making waffles, getting coffee, or other breakfast items. Quick on and off the freeway. There were a few boats in parking lot and they had plenty of room to park and easily pull out. Service at the front desk was great. Very friendly, professional woman.
