Very convenient to the I-485 Beltway, thus easy access to most places in Charlotte. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the breakfast servers, especially Carol (Betty)!!!Swimming pool needs a wall-clock.

We have stayed here several times - the employees are always friendly, the complimentary breakfast was very nice and it is pet friendly if you are traveling with a four-legged friend. Ask for a room away from the busy highway. P.S. Love the warm cookies at check-in.

This motel allows animals in the rooms. They do not clean the carpets or bedspreads between guests. This means that when you walk barefoot or place your hands (etc) upon the bedspreads and furniture you are contacting whatever came off the anus and reproductive organs of the dogs that have been in the room. Gross!

Stayed 3 nights in this friendly hotel. It was first class all the way. Rooms were nicely furnished and large. Bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. Very quiet for a hotel located near a major Highway. However, it is very tricky getting to this property. The city of Matthews did not accommodate them by providing a turning pocket or street light for getting on the side road so be very careful.
