This place is run-down. They didn't have our reservation. Good thing I brought my proof printout! The room was musty and mildewy. If you have allergies, you'll get sick. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the amenities were sparse--1 tiny soap and individual packet of shampoo. Rough towels. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were too hard. There are many other choices in Lumberton, so choose someplace else.

What an experience! I stay in hotels about 60 nights a year for the past seven years. This hotel goes down as the absolute worst. If you enjoy really cheap linens, dirty bathrooms, televisions that do not work and fights outside in the middle of the night, this hotel is for you.
Hey, it is located next to a Waffle House.

Hotel must follow all policies on special offers and coupons such as yours. It is clearly listed that certain terms and conditions apply for holidays and guests are notified of this before check in. After that it is the guests' personal choice to check in or find other accommodations. Although would have loved to make an exception for you, we cannot unless we begin doing so for everyone else as well. The room that you were checked into was non-smoking with an ashtray available for those guests that like to step outside and smoke. All of our rooms have 2 sets of towels, and upon your request the staff were more than happy to provide more. We apologize for any inconvenience you had during your stay and will make sure you have a much better stay in the future.
