We were attending a wedding reception party in June at this hotel. The conference room/party room was filty and hot especially the restrooms. I did not feel the air contioning or it was turned on high. The place was very small to hold a wedding reception or any party. The owner, did not want to turn on the air conditioning a night before the reception when several people were there to decorate the place. Also, there were two cats in the room running around which more likely belong to the owner of the hotel. Outside the hotel, were pots planted with eggplants, tomatoes, and bitter cucumber which probably own by someone from India. I did not check in to this hotel because of I have seen and read from the review.

Very pleased with my stay, beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was average and same as what you get most places, but still nice option. I would without doubt stay here again.

When i arrived at the deluxe inn the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean, just what i expected for the amount i paid and worked well with the budget my company provides. overall i'd say it is a great place to spend the night if you need a cheaper place to stay and just want a simple room to relax in. the room i was in had a microwave and a refrigerator, no hairdryer which i can live without, a tv, and the other basics a room should provide.

This place is run-down. They didn't have our reservation. Good thing I brought my proof printout! The room was musty and mildewy. If you have allergies, you'll get sick. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the amenities were sparse--1 tiny soap and individual packet of shampoo. Rough towels. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were too hard. There are many other choices in Lumberton, so choose someplace else.
