Had a large amount of rooms for over 3 weeks. Changes were sometimes daily as to who was staying and the hotel staff were very professional. Very much client oriented and willing to make sure we were taken care of. Rooms were pleasant - no complaints. Most definitely will utilize this property again when the need arises in the area.

Thought the rate was a little high for the quality of the room. We have not stayed in a Jameson in awhile because we feel LQ offers a better quailty room along with no pet fee but we were tired and wanted to stop. The T.V. was on the small size, more and more places for $100 a night now offer flat screens. The bathroom needs some attention, the ceiling fan cover had a nice gap and there are patches on the ceiling that needs repairs. The grounds were nice and they offered the typical free breakfast. The bed was average.

We stayed three nights. The rooms were clean. The staff (especially Travis) was very helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the level of amenities for the price, even free WiFi, which was simple to use.

We were in Laurinburg to move our daughter into St. Andrews and found available rooms at the Jameson on line. We therefore booked on line and then called to confirm that we wanted non-smoking rooms. Upon arrivial the reservation for our non-smoking rooms had been removed from the computer and we were given rooms that they had been frebreezed to get the odor of smoke out of the rooms. After traveling 9 hours this was not what we expected. It didn't work. After some back and forth conversations our rooms were upgraded to non smoking suites, which just meant we had a frig and microwave, at the same price. Rooms were great for our family. The only complaint was the comfort of the beds - rather hard. We will stay again when visiting our daughter.
