I have stayed at this hotel many times because I am a Holiday Inn Express employee, upon making my reservation I ask 4 adjoining rooms because I had a friend joining us from GA. My friend arrived before I did & MUCH to my suprise when I arrived we were NOT given the only adjoining rooms on the property...to drive the nail home the hotel is a 72 room property & counting my reservation they only had 15 in house, the problem is from the hotels operations manager Melissa Mott I was informed that the rooms had been assinged to us, rooms 305 & 307 & Ms. Mott changed room 305 & rented it just before my arrival. Upon my guest arrival he was told we were in adjoining rooms, a bit later he opened his adjoining door, knocked & much to his supprise & embarsement some he did not know answered the adjoing door. My reservation should have been just as important and respected just like any other reguardless of my rate. Totally unneccesary. Please becareful when dealing with her, be sure you get what you request & pay for. I do appreicate the honesty and friendless of Janice, the second shift desk clerk. I feel this was very unprofessional, spiteful & very petty!
