Staff was unkempt and rude! Room was dirty! One bed did not have a pillow case on the pillow. We had to ask for it. Asked for an extra blanket and got one that you could read a newspaper through. Only had two towels for 4 guests! One bed had leaf and grass debris between the sheets! Apparently it had not been changed. The blanket on that bed had a cigarette burn in it. It was a non-smoking room! The door would not lock behind us if we left the room. Someone had to stay in the room and dead bolt it. There were toe nail clippings on the floor. Apparently it had not been swept. It was noisy. Teenagers playing loud music in the parking lot until early morning hours and someone with the TV up full blast with an argument by 6 AM. We got virtually no sleep. My daughter received a laceration on her finger from a chain in the lobby. The arm was broken! It was not the only broken chair in the lobby either! We were treated rudely on check out and told we could not get a credit for the second night stay (which we paid for in advance) and which, of course, we were not going to stay in this room again! Nor were we offered any kind of discount or anything for the terrible conditions we reported. Will never stay there again!
