My wife and I were on a 3 week trip to Florida and decided to stay near Lake Norman for the night. This hotel is very convienent to the Lake and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Next year we hope to spend more than one night at this fabulous hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our annual trip to the NC Renaissance Festival includes an overnight stay at this Best Western. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The breakfast is better than most. Although it appeared to be a little understaffed, the personnel were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

If this hotel was priced lower, it would be fine. Our room was not the cleanest (hair still in the shower, old coffee grinds in the coffee maker) and pillows on the bed were cinder blocks. It is also understaffed for the busy morning breakfast/check-out time (to her credit, one staff member there was making a pretty strong effort). Still, no major problems. This would be an adequate option to save a little money, if it was priced appropriately.
