This was my second stay at this Courtyard and they have made significant lobby improvements that add a lot of class. It is clean and contemporary without looking over modern. I like it. It feels comfortable and inviting. Gone are the cookies though I am afraid to say. Sad. The light fare food option is a bit pricey so opted to go out in the mornings. There are so many good breakfast choices such as Carolina's diner to make that an easy decision. There was plenty of free coffee though which was very nice. The room was as before - nice and workable. The bed was good and sleep restful. I found it odd how warm the room was though. Despite the low 40's outside, I had to run the air conditioner to keep the room below 75. Go figure. I opened the window the second night which helped but the leaf blowers started a bit early for my day. Oh well. Not a biggie. Get up and close the window. Peace again. The jacuzzi was nice and the temperature just right unlike some other Courtyards that cheat the temp downwards. The only real bribe was the ice machine on the second floor was the loudest I have ever run across. Wow. When the compressor was cranking, you could hear it down the Hal and into the rooms! It will probably die soon so no worries there - or ask for another floor. I will stay here agin. It is clean, comfortable and inviting. Like it.
