My Husband and i stayed @ this hotel for a week. it was a clean, comfy place away from home. Staff very helpful and friendly, and all the amenities that you would have at home.. they also have wireless internet which was great! location was super close to restaurants and Mall!!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

This is a good extended stay hotel for those looking for a great value. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, gyms, etc. The rooms are quite and roomy with a small kitchen. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I recently visited High Point to visit my daughter at High Point University My wife and I were told about this place by my daughters roommate's family. We drove over and asked if we could look at a room. The front desk agent was very friendly and very accommodating. We decided to stay and asked for a first floor room. The room was very clean and bigger than other hotels in which we had stayed. The coffee pot in the room was very appreciated and the wireless internet service worked very well. I have finally found a hotel in High Point that suites our needs when visiting our daughter.

Crestwood Suites, a long term hotel living, is dusty, dingy, and half clean motel. The rooms may accommodate those whose standards of living is low, a male looking for an affordable stay, or a female whose willing to make a sacrifice, or most suitable a truck driver. If I had to rate this hotel on a scale of 2 to 5 stars, my rating would be -1. Stay at your own risk. The hotel is along the lines of a motel 6 or 8. Due to the undesirable cleanliness, dirty furniture, and dilapidated conditions, I relocated to another hotel down the street (i.e., Biltmore Suites).
