I was quoted a price on the internet, called the hotel to make reservation where I was given another price, was then reassured I would get internet price. I even told the front desk clerk what the price was and what it was for. When we got there it was different and of course more and of course there was nothing to be done about it. Had we not just driven 2 hours with a sleepy 4 year old I would have found elsewhere to stay right then. The front desk closed down at around 10 p.m. I could not get coffee, or find anyone to help me, a woman on our floor found out her boyfriend was cheating and the entire floor heard about it until 1a.m. Nothing was done about it. My husband was berated by housekeeping the next morning for getting a coffee packet off of her cart and told to go downstairs to get coffee. Lo and behold, as we were leaving there was no coffee in the lobby and no one was concerned about making any more.
