Very disappointed!!! I arrived at 11:00 pm after traveling all day. Chose Park Inn due to a post about new beds in this hotel. Had a room for my adult son and another for myself. Went to son's room first, his bed was awesome, my bed in my room was miserable. Called front desk and asked to be changed to another room and was told since I walked into the room it had to be cleaned and I could not move until I spoke to someone in AM??? Don't stay here, no customer service

avoid this place at all cost! we were sent here by the desk at Jameson inn after we were doulbe booked - what a mistake
the lobby is comfortable and that is where it ends - they offered a reasonable rate($72) but that was 70 too high - the rooms re circa 1980 and instead of renovating the walls they are stoccoed and look like an unfinished house exterior , the carpet was relatively new but the smell in the rooms were unbelievable and the exterior door closed so loud our room door shook each time and we had to prop closed with our suitcases
the staff- the desk staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing them each time you asked for something and would only talk once they were finished texting or doing whatever they were doing
NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE!!

The location was easy to find. It was right across the street from Max' mexican eatery - a fab find for mexican food. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. The continental breakfast provided substance so we could hit our activities after leaving the hotel.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel, in their "new" extended stay area. After only being there a few hours, my youngest son and I got very sick. Puking, coughing, couldnt breathe; up all night for the first 3 nights there. We thought perhaps it was just us. But after talking to a few people that had been there a few months, we found out it was perhaps the hotel itself.

There is no air circulation in the extended stay buildings/rooms. No fans, you cannot even open a window. The rooms are stuffy, and smell of old moldy air, and paint (although the rooms were done 6 months ago). All in which made us sick. We cut our spring break short, and took the kids back home. Immediately within a few hours, we were all breathing better, and had a very restful night sleeping.
