We traveled to Hendersonville for the weekend to shoot a wedding at the Hendersonville Country Club. Although the guest block for the wedding was at a less expensive hotel, we opted to stay at Echo Mountain Inn to enjoy the atmosphere of a bed and breakfast.
The hotel was close to Hendersonville Country Club and also close to Jump Off Rock, a gorgeous lookout point with a wonderful view of the mountains.
We stayed in the Plum Pretty room and were made to feel at home throughout the duration of our stay. From the freshly baked muffins at the check in desk to the display of snacks available throughout the day, the staff did an excellent job in making the Inn cozy for all that were staying there.
We ended up meeting the owner (and his adorable dog) one evening and he was very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with him!
The Plum Pretty room was quaint and had a lot of character. It was comfortable and we definitely got a good night's rest while we were there.
The grounds of the Inn are very pretty with lots of flowers and there is a pool as well. It was too cold for us to go in the pool while we were there, but it was still open for those from up North who don't mind a bit of a chill :)
Overall it was a cute place with excellent hospitality.
