After booking the room for a very reasonable price from Hotwire, and subsequently upgrading to a nicer room for an extremely minimal fee through the hotel itself, we had a great stay. The room was not only spacious, but was extremely clean and even pleasant smelling, and included a small fridge and microwave, King size bed and a desk to work at while I prepared for my interview the next day. More importantly, the customer service was by far better than any I had experienced at much larger, well-known, and higher-level hotels. The Customer Service Manager made sure we had everything we needed, including providing a follow-up call early in the evening to be sure our stay was satisfactory. The continental breakfast the next morning included waffles, fruit, cereals, great coffee, and juices; much more than at your traditional breakfast provided at this price point. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for us. All-in-all a great stay with very helpful customer service!

My fiance and i stayed here for graduation in december. Customer service was over friendly and a little creepy. The room was a nice size, very clean, but did have a funny smell at first. Nothing horrible though. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast but it looked great. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife, small dog and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past three years. Each visit has been great! Clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast, but most of all super customer service. Recently after a stay, my wife realized that she had left one of her facial cleaning devices in our room. I called the hotel and they had found the device and they sent it to our home immediately . They would not let me reimburse them for the shipping charges. This was way above and beyond! Highly recommend this pet friendly hotel.

We've spent 3 nights at this hotel, during hospital orientation. Its been very quiet, has comfy beds, & free internet for a decent price. The continental breakfast is horrible though, but of course most are!!
