They close after 10:00pm. There is no one there to check you in. You get to use a key pad on the wall to contact a central customer support person. They give you an access code to gain entry to a lobby with a lock box for your room key. The first code did not work. The second code did not work. Waited outside for about 20 minutes while they resolved the problem. Finally got access to the lobby. Then the lock box code did not work. Had to get support for that problem. Meanwhile other people arrived looking for a room. They left. Finally into the room. Room was smaller than most hotel rooms (despite the small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, sink, etc. where the closet usually is so to accommodate a closet the room was made smaller. Closet is along side the bed. Room was booked through Expedia (usually do not book through these 3rd party services but could not get anyone to answer the phone). We booked a room with 2 beds, got a room with 1 bed. No one to talk to about this. Overall, I would suggest staying somewhere else, even if you pay more. After 10pm it is all self service or no service. They do not open until 9am either so in our case we never saw a real live person at this property.
