This motel was one the worst ones I have ever been in
Do not stay here if you are on vacation. This is alright if your down there for working in construction and just want a place to sleep. The rooms smelled like mildew, the sheets were stained with blood,the carpets in the rooms and hallway looked as if there were a flood at one time and the front dest was rude and scary (she had her boyfriend sitting outside parked in the check in parking spot outside the main door smoking the whole time we were checking in) I did not feel safe in this room at all!
The breakfast was just cereal, some mini muffins, or packaged oatmeal. No fruit, or hot eggs, or good coffee.
DO NOT STAY Here! pay a little more and go across the street to the fairfield or sleep in a tent. Take Care

Very convenient location, if you want to watch and hear the traffic on the Interstate. Hallways dark and musty-smelling and carpet dirty. Room smelled better but the carpet was just as stained. Cheap, hard mattress. Old, worn, thin, stained blanket, sheets just as bad. Front desk staff rude (guy behind the desk and another man who looked like the owner watched my wife struggle to get through the door with a suitcase and did nothing to help her). We didn't try the breakfast.

What does a brand name like Best Western mean if you can't count on better than this?? There are better choices very nearby, although they may cost you $70 instead of $50. Money well spent, if you ask me.

Clean Rooms, very spacious, Hotel Clerk that check me in and out was very friendly. Excellent location, most of the restaurants are within walking distance. A Mall probably less than a mile or two away. Easy access on and off I-85. While making reservations on the internet, the site has very confusing directions to the hotel from I-85 North. it states, "'From: The south. Follow Interstate 85 north to Exit 20 and head left across the bridge. Turn right at the second light on McNeil Street".. Easier directions: traveling 1-85 north take Exit 20.. then turn left... 2nd red light take a right onto Remount Rd.. next Right takes you into the Best Western parking lot (we never did see a road called McNeil St). One other thing I would like to mention, not just Best Western but any hotel I stay at always have dirty carpet.. if at anytime you walk barefooted on the carpet, you have to wash your feet before getting into bed or put your shoes back on. I would love it if all lodging establishments do away with carpet all together. Until then, they should have the carpet steamed cleaned at least weekly

Rooms are okay but need to be cleaned better. There was no sprinkler system head in the room ~ quite interesting. Their continental breakfast was terrible, but I guess they figure it's not worth the effort since the hotel is next to a Cracker Barrel. They had free internet access & provided cord since I didn't have a wireless card. That was about the only good thing about the hotel!
