I work at Ft Bragg from time to time and have stayed at a few different places in the area. This one is nicest. Clean, reliable, nice courtyard/pool area on the property. You can walk to the MashHouse and several other decent restaurants as well, without taking your life into your hands by walking across Fayetteville's insane roads.
The only complaint is the breakfast set-up at this hotel. Breakfast is always included with my rate, but they've got it set up as a bistro-type situation, where you have to wait in line to get your coffee, yogurt, etc., and sign a slip. This being the south, it sometimes takes awhile. I feel bad for the servers who are serving me what I'm perfectly capable of getting for myself, and I feel bad for myself and the other bleary-eyed travelers in the morning who just want their coffee and breakfast quickly so they can get on their way. So, Marriott, please, could you make this breakfast system more efficient? Most of us really don't need service, we just want our simple coffee & yogurt and to get on our way.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback on our hotel! And yes, change is difficult sometimes and we do have guests such as yourself who are experiencing change along with those of us who are associates at the hotel. The new Bistro has been challenging at times for all, but we can assure you that with any change comes processes to make it even better. New menu items, seasonal food and beverage and even seasonal Starbucks drinks. Our team takes pride in having a brand new restaurant to share with our guests and we will work harder to make our service flow much more efficiently. Don't forget that we have yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit and strawberries in our 24/7 Market as well. Thanks again!
