“DO NOT STAY”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 November 2011

I stayed three nights and finally on the fourh day I couldn't take it any longer. I was on the 9h floor the elevator was not working properly on more then one occasion I couldnt take the stairs bc its no re-entry. There is always a group of people hanging in the lobby. The internet was in and out and my card key kept messing up so I couldnt get up stairs because you have to have a key card to use the elevator and the front desk person was not present. The last day I was insulted in the lobby by the general manager when I tried to complain about the maid knocking on the door while I was sleeping. I was told it was not her problem. I asked her why is she being rude to a guest. She then said I can take my money and leave her hotel for all she cares. My trip was cut short by two days. I called an hour later and asked for the number to the owners. She said she did not have it. I had to do inernet searching to find out the number to complain to.

Room Tip: Go to another hotel. The rooms are big but everyhing else is so horrible it doesnt make sense to to...

“Bad Experience here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 September 2011

We used to stay here about 2-3 times a month on our way to Raleigh. Apparently this hotel is having financial problems and has new managment. Problem is that they were going to make a copy of my Driver's License and credit card as they were having issues with not getting payment. I refused due to issues with identity theft. Now they say they only get a copy of your driver's license. Again problem. This hotel has not in the past several years even attempted to fix the problems there. Their housekeeping is terrible. I always brought disinfectant with me. We will NOT be staying here ever again. I would rather travel a bit farther than stay at a dirty, rundown hotel.

Room Tip: Have stayed in several rooms there and they are all the same dirty, sheets not cleaned, things are b...

“BAYMONT INN AND SUITES SHOULD CALL BED BUG INN AND SUITES.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 September 2011

While staying at the Baymont inn and suites @ Fayetteville / Fort Bragg Noticed there was a bug on the bed - looked on computer and this was a bed bug. Pulled up bed skirt and the whole area was covered with what appeared to be blood stains. There was mattress cover on the box springs and it appeared to be full of brown looking stuff. Contacted staff and they came and I showed them. They moved us to another room. Checked it good and found this room not to have them. I know there were 2 rooms on 2nd and 4th floor that had them. Them people had moved from their room to another room also. There were no covers on the box spring or mattress in the room that we moved to and there was one on both in the room on 1st floor that we stayed in. I think they were aware of it and trying to hide it. This happened around the 1st week of September. But it definitely was bed bugs. Hotel Manager never called us back or apologies either, our card was charges full amount for all 4 nights. I will never go to this hotel and ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO GO TO BED BUG HOTEL EITHER.

“" I wonder if they give a DAMN?"”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 August 2011

2910 Sigmon Street, Fayettesville NC.. I wish the hell I didn't have to stay there but my company books the rooms not me and my wife. I get tired of asking for things. The kids try to call us at night and they have to call 3/4 times as no one is at the front desk to answer thephone. And getting up in the morning a facing another day is not a pleasure at this place. NO COFFEE today.. Whats wrong the manager can't go to the local grocery to make a customer happy? Don't get it... The cups are small enough for a mouse and their continental breakfast consists of MINI donuts and 2 ounces of coffee. Bad place. I have tried to talking to the manager ... HE NEVER calls back. HE HIDES from the customers.. Wonder why????? Stay clear of this place if you can.

Room Tip: D0n't stay here and if you must don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed.

“My Husband and I had a Wonderful Stay!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 July 2011

My husband and I had a great time staying here a few days ago. The staff was very friendly to us. The lady at the desk gave me a great rate and great room. We were on the 8th floor. Our suite was very clean and neat. We have no complaints. Everything worked fine. We loved our private balcony. We could overlook the city. It was very romantic for us. We didn't have any problems with the neighborhood. We walked over to the eateries and shopping plaza. We were out walking late, nobody bothered us. The people we did see was actually friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again....

Room Tip: Request for the best.....
