During my recent move from mayland to Florida, I have stayed at this hotel several times (3 months., 4- 5 times ). The receptionist was helpful and gave me all the information I would require to access the lock box, if I arrived after 11pm. The room was average size-- 1 full or queen bed, bathroom with linens, and a small kitchen with microwave. No coffee was provided but for $50, I can drink water. There was cable TV. vending machines were also available for use. Mc Donalds is a block down the street. On Bragg street are many food stores and CVS pharmacy. Bragg street is a major street in Fayetteville. So, 95 and other major streets crosses Bragg street.
On a previous visit, I drove from florida and was lost on 95 Business. Donna, the receptionist (or another), took her time and gave me directions severals time after being lost over and over again. Granted, I was in downtown Fayetteville but I was not scared because Donna was at the other end of the phone. She stayed on with me until I arrived. I made it before 11 pm that night. But on other night s, I arrived after 11pm and was able to access the lock box and my room without any problems.
Now, whenever I call to confirm my reservation the front desk knows me by name . This hotel is a no-frills hotel. But you are safe, and the bed is comfortable.
