I got this hotel as part of online "deal." The hotel staff was unprofessional from the start. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a horrific smell. My sheets appeared to be soiled and certainly not hotel spotless clean. And to top it all off, my bathtub was dirty. Gross. Please do not stay here. If you get a bargain from a discount travel site, just eat the cost and find you a hotel in a decent area.

We booked several rooms at this hotel for a family reunion - huge mistake. It is difficult to get to, the office staff were rude and unhelpful, the internet service costs $5 per stay and barely works, the beds were hard as rocks, the rooms were dirtym furniture old and falling apart, and had fleas or some other kind of biting bugs that weren't visible to the human eye. We checked out after the first day.

It's okay, a few fast food locations and a Starbucks on the corner. Close to Cape Fear Medical Center. The grocery store closed, so looking for groceries was difficult. AM/FM Radio with alarm clock, there was none in my room. It has a buzzer and that's it. Channels are extremely limited to sports and Showtime. Would also like local channels from Raleigh. Decent price, decent bed, but a big letdown from my stays at other ExtendedStay locations.
Above all, if you're staying for a while, try to avoid room #134 as it's right by the laundry room.
