My "stay" at Staybridge has been extensive over the past year. It has been my home away from home. While I have a few minor complaints, I would say that overall, I have been satisfied with my accommodations. My minor complaints involve the wireless internet service which works well most of the time for internet surfing but not for downloading video or music. I also get a little tired of the food selection which does not vary much from month to month (should not be an issue if your stay is not long term). Otherwise the employees are very friendly and try their best to rectify any issues that arise. Both management and employees are interested in customer loyalty and try their best to meet guest needs. I would especially give a high rating to Emery, one of the front desk/customer service representatives. Not only is she extremely friendly, but she is very competent at her job. She belongs in management!

Easy acesses to Duke clinic,Duke hospital and airport(RDH) also easy to get to all area's for medical supplies, shopping for food! staff is very informed on resturant's and are always very polite and friendly, breakfast service daily,light supper three nights a week made some nice friends most are here also for medical reasons.James and his staff never say no to any of my needs and go that extra mile to make us feel that this is home!!Do recommed to all the people that we have come in contact with in the past three weeks we will be here for at least another three months.I had some concerns about pets here but my mind was put to ease about how each room is address when someone check's out .

This hotel tops them all ,if your ever in the durham/chapelhill area this is the place to stay. Excellent service all around , the staff is great, the rooms are lovely and you feel like your at home. Love it

Stayed for 18 nights and had a grand time using it as a base to visit our first grandson. Staff helpful & friendly,rooms tidied every day and room felt spacious (only the small suite). Breakfast basic but filling, the "sundowner " evening sessions seemed good value if not cordon blue on the two occasions we used them having enjoyed the wine supplied.
All in all good value, restful and will be back in May 2011
