Nice hotel

Relaxful Home Away From Home

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. Immediately after making our online reservation I called and spoke to Lee to confirm special accommodations needed. When we arrived Lee was on duty, was extremely professional and courteous. He made our stay one of the most enjoyable and relaxing that we had in a long time. Housekeeping was great, the breakfast was fantastic (eggs and bacon were cooked as I like them), and the manager Chris had our bill sent to my email address which never happened before. I can honestly say this location provides fantastic customer service. STOP BY AND ENJOY THE RELAXING AND COURTEOUS ENVIRONMENT!

Chris at the front desk makes you feel welcome

Clean rooms, great location, good work out room, would stay again staying for a week on a business trip, I stay on the road every week, usually I know right from the beginning how it will go the rest of the way.

Service excellence!

Apprecaited the excellent service the staff provided, Clean rooms seems recently upgraded.
Will be back. The one thing I appreciated the most was the WiFi worked well.

Close to Southpoint mall and shopping :)

Room tip: Good clean upgraded rooms, reasonable and good service...

Great customer service and very refreshing .

Mrs.Custodio and her staff were a breath of fresh air . They all had a great persinality and went above and beyond to make this my most memorable stay at a hotel thus far. I travel five to six times a year on business and about four more times four vacation and I can't remember a time where the whole staff has had such great customer service.My stay isn't over for a little over a week more and I just couldn't wait to share this.The stay has been very peaceful as well,great location bear rdu,rtp, Starbucks and more .
