“Stayed Here in 2007 - Older Review but...”

I found it to be an all around pleasant experience that I remember. The rooms were clean, the toiletries were a nice selection (they got me started and hooked on the Evelyn and Eve brand) and the experience was pleasant. It is a 3 Star Hotel so there wasn't much beyond that. It was just decent. I had no complaints and like I said, I still have decent memories of this expernce even after staying at countless hotels since.

Very impressed with the renovations. Great rooms and close to the airport without the noise from the planes. Service was great and the food was excellent.

All I can say is WOW!.....they told me the hotel was going to be completely redone (as you know I loved the rooms on my last visit)...but wow! - I haven't been back in a few months but I'm still speachless...way to go guys! Entire hotel is absolutely wonderful (and it's great to see the same awesome staff is still around too)

“I expected more”

I've stayed at hiltons before and its always a great stay. The front desk was a little, stuck up, but the lobby is beautiful. However, the room was very uh, small. Odd layout too and none of the outlets in the restroom worked. So i had to blow dry my hair by the desk. Overall good stay, but i just expected more from a Hilton establishment.

Thank you for staying with us, we appreciate your business and do realize that travelers look at reviews before they make their hotel decisions. I am glad that you thought the lobby was beautiful but sorry that the outlets in the guestroom did not work . I hope that you did report it to the front desk and we were able to fix them. On a side note we actually were not operating as a Hilton until December 30th, are you sure that you stayed with us, there are several Hilton Garden Inns' in the immediate market?
