The address for the hotel seems to confuse any GPS you enter it in. I was taken to an empty lot on my first attempt. I believe the confusion lies in that the hotel is located on Old Page Rd, and there is another Page Rd nearby with an old matching address. When I arrived and explained this to the front desk, the response was that "we've been trying to fix that for years".
My experience here wasn't pleasurable but not because of the staff, I must say that everyone was extremely nice and always willing to help, I just needed too much of it. Every single night, my key card malfunctioned without fail, so each time returning required a long walk with bags in-hand to the front desk to get it fixed. I have a feeling this is a common occurrence since they all used the "magnetic personality" line on me each time.
The rooms are old and outdated, and the showers are very small, bring elbow pads to save some bruising. There was an in-room refrigerator that froze all of the sodas I stored which ruined them. On my last morning I had to leave by 8:15, so I requested the 7:30-8:00 breakfast for in-room. They showed up as I was walking out at 8:15 so I had to return it. One night I only had half of the TV channels as they seemed to lose their HD channel feed.
As others have mentioned, this is an older hotel taken over by Hilton but it's just not up to what I've come to expect from them and I won't be staying here in the future.
Room Tip: Request a first floor room facing the courtyard.
