Two complaints.
1. The breakfast is a joke. They boast an upgraded hot breakfast. The ONLY thing hot was the waffles, IF you fixed it yourself. I'd rather eat at McDonald's, and I don't care for their breakfast.
2. The housekeeping staff need to learn how to do their jobs a little bit better. We all know housekeeping is supposed to knock on the door, announce themselves, and WAIT. After telling the housekeeper at 9:00am (she didn't announce herself) that we will be leaving at 11, she comes back 30 minutes later, knocks, announces, and barges on in. WTF?!
Other than this, we were comfortable. It would not be a first choice to stay the next time we are in Durham, but it's not the worst.

In regards to the housekeeping issues, service is very important to us and we will be sharing your feedback with the managers of the various departments in the hotel for training purposes.
