We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience at the Days Inn. The motel feels like a truck stop off of I-85 and felt a bit unsafe. On our second night we entered our room to find the strong smell of pot in the bathroom, which must have been drawn in from an adjacent room. The manager would only move us to another room, but not refund us as we wanted. We packed up and left for another hotel down the street to have a better night's sleep at a nicer place.

We recently stayed at the Days Inn Concord. It was very close to the Charlotte Speedway. The reasons that made this hotel great was it's wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. They told us how to get around town to miss all the traffic of Charlotte! Had wonderful suggestions of places to go to eat and really just plain friendly. The rooms were pretty normal, clean, & comfortable. But will definately stay here again because of the wonderful way we were treated! Thanks!

Our family has stayed at the Days Inn - Concord for the last several years each time we visit the Charlotte area. Mike Patel and his staff are absolutely wonderful people to deal with. They are friendly, courteous, and ready to help in any way they can to make your stay as good as it can be anywhere not in the comfort of your own home. The hotel may not be the newest one around, but it has always been a good choice, the rooms are always clean, the bedding is comfortable, (not like some of the rocks I have slept on in other places that were disguised as a mattress). If you have questions about the area or need directions Mike and staff are ready to help at any time. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.
