Stayed here for a shopping trip. It is near to the Speedway, across the intersection, also near the Concord Mills Mall. As a result there is heavy traffic there.
But there are also several restaurant options nearby. One across the street, walking distance, was the Texas Roadhouse, highly recommend.
The room was clean, separate bedroom with living room. Small kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge. Utensils pots and pans were lacking. Room had small maintenance issues but was in a good state.
Breakfast area was very busy during the peak hours.
The most important plus was the free Wi-Fi internet with a decent speed!
Air-conditioning was excellent, separate controls for living room and bedroom.
