were not so pleasant. Someone decided they needed to test the sprinkler system and fire alarms at 1:30 am. 45 minutes later we were all allowed into the hotel and back to our rooms by the fire department. How un-cool is that. How childish is that! I can't say what I want to say here. I only wish I could have discovered who it was... Needless to say this hotel and the chain always lives up to my expectations. A very clean room. Always prepared properly. Front desk clerk came back early from a break when I arrived to provide me a room for the night!

We stayed here for a couple of nights in August. The staff were very helpful but the room did feel a bit tired and musty although the size of the room was great.

Really felt the lack of a bedside table on my side of the bed.

We stayed at this hotel when traveling to concord Mills for a shopping trip. Staff is fabulous. FD staff, Housekeeping staff, Breakfast lady, and Maintenance gentleman went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. Room was spacious and very clean. Every associate that we walked past spoke with a smile on their face.

Hotel is older but has been taken care of and kept very clean.General manager was visiting with guests during breakfast hours. I was impressed and will definately stay at this property.

I went to the Coke 600 and arrived at about 1230 that night. I had 2 rooms and arrived to find out that they sold one of my rooms. I got into a big argument with the receptionest he was rude and was a smartass my problem was not solved and I will never stay there again. I recommend that no one stay there
