I stayed at this hotel with my wife. The registration process was very quick and efficient. The room was ready and it was very clean and very well equipped. There are a number of restaurants of every type around the hotel and it was easy to locate a place for a good dinner. The beds were very comfortable which was very welcome after a long drive. The kitchen staff is very proud of the breakfast quality and they have every reason to be so. Checking out was as efficient as the registration. I found the stay at this hotel enjoyable and I do recommend it.

Check in was good, room wasn't ready yet though, but we were about 1 hour early. We got warm cookies at front desk and went on our way. Came back couple hours later and room was ready. Opened door and almost had to leave because of the very strong smell of cleaner that was used. Pretty clean room but some dust on curtains, crumbs in chair, and the whirlpool tub was clean but was worn and repaired many times, needed upgrade! Many other aspects of the room have been repaired with shoddy workmanship. We did not like the king bed at all and the pillows were awful. Backache in the morning. Shower didn't have enough pressure to make use of the shower head. Air conditioner didn't work right, was not very cold, was on high all night. Fire alarm went on and off in the morning, malfunction. Glad we were out of bed!:) Upon check out we talked to front desk about some of these things but basically they were dismissed. Also, when I made reservation online I used a credit card to hold room when we checked in gave another credit card to pay with and was still charge on the first card! Will not be going there again, too many others to choose from.

Stayed 5 days and enjoyed our stay. Tonya at front desk was wonderful & Paula,guest services outstanding.

Great location, right off I-85 - Rooms were nice and clean - Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There are plenty of resturants in the area around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
